Capello now insists that Ronaldo is still a Real Madrid player although he has been again left out of the side for this weekend’s match at Mallorca. According to Capello, “He is still a Real Madrid player and we may still count on him depending what happens.”

Raul sent a message in support of his out of favor teammates, Ronaldo and Beckham, saying that if they stay they should play.

Capello also mentioned that Real won’t be making any more purchases in the winter market.

I wonder what players Capello is going to line up in the defense.

Probably Ramos, Helguera, Canavarro and Raul Bravo (Maybe Torres for Ramos on the right and Canavarro on the bench like the previous match).

Funny how the club (especially Capello) is making a fool out of itself with the rude treatment of its players. I certainly hope things go well the rest of the season, but Capello no longer deserves the players’ respect. Ronaldo is certainly not at his prime, but is still a formidable striker and one that I would play ahead of Ruud any day of the week.

Yes Capello seems to be a bit too harsh, he seems to feel that Ronaldo doesn’t work hard enough in training, that’s the main issue, I don’t think it’s a question of ability or being in form.

Leaving Beckham out was supposedly a decision of the club, not just Capello.
